Exclusivius Ltd, which shall hereon in be known as 'the company', is an online-only service provider and serves customers from this website and / or other third party platforms that are mentioned herein these terms.  Services provided by the company are not offered or provided by any other party regardless of claims to otherwise.

Any counterfeiting or fraudulent usage of company owned copyrighted and trademarked material carries a criminal charge against the offender(s).

Third party sales platforms currently in use : NONE.

We do not currently yield any partnerships with any third parties and will not at any time provide license to any third parties to display copyright and trademarked material owned by the company.

Domestic and business customers are invited and welcome to purchase items from our Shopify store (this website) and / or any third-party platform that the company states is active and permitted to do so at any time within these terms. 

All sales are final, all products are sold 'as is' and are genuinely represented in brand new condition within the images available on this website upon the main website page and within the product catalog.

Customers are advised to read all of the product details available to ensure that they have full confidence in their purchase.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 customers are entitled to a statutory 14-day returns window in exchange for a full refund with no questions asked and conditions attached.

Upon elapse of the 14-day window customers are entitled to a partial refund of net 50% of the original sales price, this is non-negotiable due to the protections afforded to the customer by the statutory benefits granted to them by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
