Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14-days of delivery to the customer, provided the item is in perfect condition to be resold to another customer.

Please ensure that the item you are returning is clean and you package the item carefully to ensure that it reaches us pristine condition.

Thereafter, we are happy to accept all returns on a conditional basis, meaning that if the item has been worn or handled for any length of time, a pro-rata deduction will be made to the refund total to account for the wear upon the item, and the fact that we cannot resell the item.

An initial 50% return refund deduction will be made for any items returned after the initial 14-day returns window has elapsed.

Please package and return your item, together with a note inside the package stating your order number to: Exclusivius Ltd, 6th Floor, 37 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9BQ.

All refunds are processed within 2 business days of receipt of the item, in accordance with the above terms and conditions being met.

We don't envisage ever having to provide any refunds as we have 100% confidence in the items we sell to our happy customers, however there are times when a return is necessary for a variety of reasons thus we are happy to help with the process.
